We are looking for a full time Captain Server. It’s a rare position that opens. Your possible Captain Peers at coyote café consider this to be their career and have spent years if not decades honing their craft. That being said a genuine sense of hospitality, kindness, professionalism is far more important than you being able to rattle of the first growths of Bordeaux or the five mother sauces. This is among the highest paid position for a front of the house server in the State.
