Position: 1099 Independent Maintenance Contractor
Pay: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Typical Jobs Include:
General handyman repairs
Light plumbing and electrical
Drywall patching and painting
Door and lock replacements
Gutter cleaning and roof repairs
Fixture replacements (faucets, lights, fans)
Seasonal and rental turnover maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential maintenance or handyman services
Own tools, transportation, and smartphone
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to complete jobs independently and on time
