Aahu Barah is a growing food distribution company known for its commitment to quality and service. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team and help support our valued wholesale customers.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our wholesale clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient order process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking wholesale customer orders via phone, online platforms, messaging apps, and in-person
- Contacting customers to follow up on payments
- Entering orders into QuickBooks Online for invoicing
- Sending and reviewing customer emails
- Confirming and reviewing product deals with customers
- Troubleshooting logistical concerns and coordinating with the appropriate departments
- Confirming order approvals and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare orders for delivery
- Providing general administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Farsi, Pashto, and/or Urdu fluency is a strong plus
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Reliable, organized, and proactive team player
