Job Summary: The Staff Support Specialist supports, coordinates, and guides our field teams daily to ensure exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive employee experience.

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Staff Support Specialist.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual English/Spanish (reading, writing & speaking)
Strong communicator; calm under pressure; true team player
Caring, organized, detail-focused, and process-oriented
Able to prioritize multiple tasks
Comfortable enforcing policies and supporting people
Not a fit for someone who struggles with change, conflict when needed, or following through.
Responsibilities
Support 25–35 field team members daily
Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
Communicate with staff/clients via text, phone & email.
Prep daily supplies, PPE, and laundry
Data entry, scanning & updating records
Assist with fleet and general office support.
Preferred Experience
Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Docs
Comfortable maintaining a professional social media presence
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
$19–$22 per hour + overtime pay
