Design and Architectural Consulting firm is looking for a self-sufficient person who can create drawings to join our team.
Our work includes interior renovations and ground ups of small, medium and large scale single and multi-family residential, commercial, community facility and mixed-use projects.
Candidates MUST BE self-motivated, talented, reliable, able to manage all aspects of a project and knowledgeable in creating DOB plans
Candidate Qualifications:
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Able to create 3D drawings
NYC Code and Zoning knowledge
