We are expanding our Leadership Development team to further support our people manager and executive development programs and learning experiences. LinkedIn is seeking a talented and experienced Leadership Development professional to work on a wide range of programs that support both people manager and executive development. This role will be instrumental in the coordination and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of LinkedIn’s people managers and executive team. The Sr. Program Manager will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences, ensuring these initiatives align with our broader organizational goals. This role will be responsible for the following:

Assist in the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences and programs for people managers and senior executives.

Collaborate closely with our functional TD partners to deliver on the needs of the business and drive meaningful impact and results.

Regularly facilitate learning offerings within NAMER.

Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, e-learning modules, and other learning resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional global colleagues to ensure consistency in the rollout of learning experiences.

Conduct analyses and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in existing learning offerings, and recommend solutions.

Assist in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and participant feedback.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support learning initiatives.

Apply best practices and process improvements globally.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a learning & development, training, or instructional design role in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in project management and related work.

Experience and facilitating in-person and virtual learning experiences and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Enablement or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about learning and development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Experience working in a distributed global organization in a matrixed environment is a plus.

Understanding of inclusive leadership practices and cultural humility.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
