Sushi by Bou is seeking a dependable and hardworking Barback to join our team. This role is key to keeping our service seamless and our guest experience exceptional.
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday
Responsibilities:
Keep guest spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
Wash and organize dishes and glassware efficiently
Assist bar staff and support the team as needed to maintain smooth operations
Maintain tidy work areas at all times
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a busser, dishwasher, or barback preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative
