Salary: $68,000 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-energy quick service burger restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a team-driven environment, knows how to manage a busy operation efficiently, and is passionate about delivering great food and an even better guest experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency of service
Create and manage employee schedules to maintain proper labor balance
Train, motivate, and develop team members to meet performance standards
Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Drive sales through local marketing, community engagement, and guest satisfaction initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in quick service or fast-casual dining
Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and team training
Proven ability to lead by example and build a positive workplace culture
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence
