Server Assistants to help us maintain smooth service and elevate our guests’ dining experience.
### Job Responsibilities
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables quickly and accurately.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Refill water, drinks, and assist with guest needs throughout the meal.
Keep service stations stocked with utensils, napkins, and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness in FOH areas, including side stations and floors.
Support overall table flow by coordinating with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Uphold Chubby Cattle hospitality standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
### Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well with a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
