As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure excellence in every part of the business—from food quality to customer service to team morale. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Schedule team members and oversee inventory, ordering, and cash management
Drive team performance and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership
Monitor labor costs, food waste, and operational efficiencies
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety standards
Who You Are:
2+ years management experience in a fast-casual or quick-service environment
A strong leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
Able to work 45 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
Able to commute or relocate reliably to Thornwood (10594)
