FOH Team Member:
Previous experience in a high-end, quick-service environment is preferred and preferably in an Italian-inspired concept.
Duties:
- Managing all aspects of pizzeria.
- Work point of sale system and process credit card transactions.
- Run food to the table and clean afterword
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are met at all times by maintaining an A rating by health department standards.
- Close the restaurant daily, ensure the restaurant is secure and all financial procedures followed.
- Communicate issues to Manager and otherwise assist as directed.
- This is a "front lines" position, representing the brand. Must be ready to work!
