Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a BCBA.
Build and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with each child and their family.
Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.
Collect and record data on each client's progress, providing regular feedback to the BCBA.
Demonstrate flexibility in working with a diverse group of children with varying needs and abilities.
Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
Adhere to scheduled shifts and always demonstrate professionalism in the workplace.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred) but not required.
Interested in pursuing certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by completing the 40-hour RBT training and supervision.
Ability to provide services in-home and work directly with children.
Availability to work after-school hours between the times of (3 PM - 8 PM) Monday-Friday and (8AM- 8PM) Weekends.
