Our busy and well-established Personal Injury law firm in Southern Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Processing Paralegal (1–5 years) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, professional, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of pre-litigation personal injury work.
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience managing cases from intake through treatment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new client intakes and provide ongoing client support
Open claims with insurance carriers
File NF-2 and other No-Fault documentation
Assist clients with property damage, rental vehicles, and lost wage claims
Coordinate medical treatment and follow up with providers
Retrieve, review, and organize medical records
Maintain accurate case notes and ensure files are kept up to date
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical offices regularly
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation
Strong understanding of No-Fault, property damage, and medical workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Spanish language fluency is a plus
Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11224

Competitive salary: $50,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
