Temporary Corporate/M&A Attorney – Hybrid/Remote– P/T or F/T

Very busy corporate department of a small to midsized, collegial law firm in Northern, NJ is seeking a General Corporate/M&A attorney on a part time or full time contract basis. This is high-end work with middle market clients, including 2nd chair for M&A deals (ie: drafting/revising purchase agreements, schedules, due diligence, etc.); reviewing contracts and discussing them with clients and; reviewing and researching corporate governance and other corporate issues. Very flexible arrangements are fine and hourly rate is very competitive. The firm is currently hybrid, but would consider a strong remote candidate. NJ Bar preferred.
