Asset management firm in Wilton, CT is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development team. This role is in office 3 days and work from home 2 days with flexibility to come in 4-5 days as needed. Hours are typically 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility to come in earlier or stay later.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team in PE Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, and process expense reportsBook hotels, lunches and carsManage invoices, expenses and vendor accountsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with other teamsRespond to ad-hoc requests and projects as needed Experience:4+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environmentProven experience managing calendar/booking meetings/international travel/expenses Excellent organizational and communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; accuracy and attention to detail is keyProactive hands-on attitude and ability to problem solve Bachelor's/Associate's degree a plusExperience within a financial services organization a plusCompensation:90-115K base plus bonusBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
