Office Coordinator - Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. This is an entry level, in office position for someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and supporting the daily operations of a busy real estate office. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Handle general office organization including scanning, filing, and maintaining digital records
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and preparing documents
Deposit checks at local bank branches when needed
Assist with mail, packages, and maintaining office supplies
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members as needed
Coordinate with property management staff on tasks such as lease paperwork or basic follow ups
Help keep the office running smoothly by jumping in wherever support is needed
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Professional and clear communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Proficient with basic computer tasks such as scanning, email, and file management
Able to work in the office full time in Midtown Manhattan
Preferred but not required
Prior office experience
Interest in real estate or property management
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with opportunities for growth as the company expands. Starting at $20/hour.
