We help funeral directors strengthen their relationship with families through interactive photo memorials, Google review generation, and ongoing aftercare outreach. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, consultative salesperson to grow our funeral home network across the Tri-State area. This is a high-ownership, high-upside role for someone who loves face-to-face selling, building relationships, and earning through results. You’ll spend your days meeting owners and directors of funeral homes, demonstrating how Quilt creates measurable value for their business, and creating long-lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and visit funeral homes across the region — identify leads, schedule meetings, and pitch in person.

Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and demo to close and onboarding.

Demonstrate consultative selling: understand each funeral home’s needs, workflow, and brand, then tailor your approach.

Develop local relationships: become a trusted partner to funeral directors, and represent Quilt at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.

Collaborate with leadership: share feedback from the field to influence product direction and marketing.

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of consultative SMB sales experience — ideally selling software, marketing, or service solutions to small local businesses.

Proven record of closing business in person and managing a territory.

Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset — you thrive in a start-up where you can build from the ground up.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with business owners.

A driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Tri-State area.

Compensation & Structure

Uncapped commission: earn as much as you sell — top performers can exceed six figures.

Monthly stipend: to cover travel and basic expenses.
