Experienced Spray Room Finisher for Woodworking Shop

Custom millwork shop looking for experienced spray room finisher to join our team. We specialize in premium kitchens, built-ins, wall panels and custom furniture. Responsibilities include spraying lacquer, stain, paint, proper prep work, sanding, filing, mixing/staining samples to match client specifications. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized spray room; understanding finishing schedules; drying times and workflow; ability to work on high-end cabinetry and millwork with precision. Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in spray finishing (cabinetry and millwork preferred); strong attention to detail and consistency. Must be reliable and punctual and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with water-based and solvent-based finishes a plus.
