I do not furnish the leads or jobs.
Profits split 50/50 first year.
Profits split 80% to you for the second year.
At the end of the second year you can go on your own.
I prefer quick turnover work such as few days to 4 weeks at most.
I like to stay busy and I am willing to mentor you if wanted.
