Project Lead (Decorative Concrete, Coatings & Masonry Work) – Full-Time
Location: Charlotte, NC and Surrounding
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends may be required)

We are a growing concrete business known for quality craftsmanship and reliable service. Our projects range from residential decorative concrete work to application of coatings such as epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, etc. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on team member ready to grow with us.
Role Summary
We're looking for someone with masonry or concrete experience who is ready to step into a Project Lead role. You’ll help manage day-to-day jobsite operations, lead small crews, and ensure projects run smoothly. We provide training and support — you bring the work ethic, skills, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing decorative concrete and coatings projects
- Lead small teams on job sites with professionalism
- Operate light equipment and tools safely
- Ensure job quality meets company standards
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed
Requirements
- Some experience with concrete or masonry work (you will receive training)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (REQUIRED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Must be dependable, respectful, and team-oriented
