Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at LobeCorp. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues. The successful candidate will also be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible customer service experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with an emphasis on providing comprehensive solutions to customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications
Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred
Community College or some College level experience is preferred
