Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Overview:

SBM Management Service is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our customer care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order status, and issue resolution.

3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, proactively offering solutions and recommendations.

4. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.

5. Document all interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to improve overall customer experience.

7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions and feedback.

8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.

9. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.

10. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns.

- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
