A locally owned company in Raleigh, NC with over twenty years of residential experience is seeking part-time to full-time, permanent, in-house handyman to handle smaller projects and punch lists. Not searching for businesses to sub out this work. Not searching for anyone who only wants to work weekends.
Seeking individuals with experience. Competitive pay is based on that experience. This is a 1099 contractor position. Paid bi-weekly.
Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (occasional variance and Saturdays may be required). Total hours may be flexible if part-time but full-time is desired.
Job locations vary throughout the Triangle Area.
Projects include: Custom carpentry/trim, interior/exterior painting, drywall repairs, rot repairs, deck repairs/building, deck staining, small tile projects and other flooring, Handyman services/punch lists and more.
Requirements:
-Active Driver's License, reliable vehicle and tools a must.
-Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
-Strong customer service oriented with family values.
-Strong work ethic; punctual, respectful, courteous and a team player.
-Ability to keep work site clean and safe.
-Willingness to learn.
-Energetic and positive attitude.
