COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit boards, and control systems.
Conduct plumbing repairs such as stopped up drains and clogged toilets.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Repair and paint walls as needed in tenant spaces.
The ideal candidate will be available during the day and will be on call for after-hours issues.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various types of equipment.
Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair capabilities.

Salary: $20-$24/HR, Based on experience
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm Max 8 hrs/day, ½ hour unpaid lunch
Monday – Friday, 30-40 HRS/week
