Job Summary:
The Roof Repair Technician is responsible for performing hands-on repairs to residential roofs, ensuring quality workmanship, safety and site cleanliness on every job. The technician would be required to clearly communicate with customers and office staff about repair needs and completed work and to be able to complete repair jobs efficiently and accurately with limited supervision.
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential roofing experience (shingles, flashing, leak detection, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
