Power Labor is actively hiring 7 Traveling General Laborers with experience in commercial construction and roofing. This is a long-term opportunity for hardworking, reliable candidates who are committed to steady work and willing to travel with our crew.
You will be based in the Cleveland, OH area but must be willing to travel and stay on jobs for multiple days/nights as assigned. Hotels are provided and employees receive $30/day per diem for meals. Transportation to jobs is provided in a company vehicle.
Job Duties
Assist with roof tear-offs, installations, and repairs
Apply seal coats, spray foam, and coatings
Perform power washing and site cleanup
General labor tasks for commercial construction projects
Assist crew with setup, safety, and material handling
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements
Experience in roofing and commercial construction labor required
Must be local to the Cleveland, OH area
Willing to travel and stay on jobs for extended periods
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to the shop/crew meet-up point
Must provide your own tools and PPE
Comfortable working long hours (55+ hours per week average) with overtime
Ability to work at heights safely
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
Looking for candidates interested in long-term work
