Maintenance Assistant/ Custodian-Full Time (Eugene, OR)
Upscale retirement community seeks a full-time professional, detail- oriented, team player to join our Maintenance team. Duties include general maintenance and custodial tasks as well as building grounds upkeep. Must have the ability to follow directions and be well organized. Maintaining high standards in all areas of work required. Position is Friday-Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm. Wage $15-19.00 DOE w/potential raise in 90-days Includes paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, vacation and sick leave, 401k, benefit bank, and supplemental insurance.
