Description
Completes bag machine setup for production, runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation.
Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met.
Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations.
Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficient. Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements.
Communicate clear instructions to other crew members as needed.
Completes al necessary documentation for internal and or external use.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety policies and reports safety hazards to appropriate team member.
Effectively works with all personnel in all departments, such as machine technicians, supervisors, and quality control inspectors to coordinate production activities and address any potential issues as they arise.
