Eyes On Broadway has an immediate opening for a motivated customer service individual with an outgoing friendly personality and excellent organizational skills.
This person’s primary focus will be as a Front Desk Receptionist but may be cross trained to fill-in elsewhere in the office as needed. The perfect person must be creative and organized and enjoys prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Optometric office experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate.
SOME OF YOUR DAILY DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting people.
Completing our check-in/ check-out processes.
Obtaining and filing office required patient information, history, data, and insurance.
Performing automated diagnostic tests when instructed by doctor.
Communicating with patients.
Handling payment transactions.
Performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must have a warm, approachable, and outgoing personality as well as a professional demeanor.
Strong work ethic with a positive, results driven, can-do attitude.
Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to take direction and stay organized.
Must like solving problem and facing challenges in an ever-changing environment.
This full-time position requires working Saturdays and we insist on excellent attendance.
