We’re looking for a Crew Leader to join our team! Depending on your skills, you may help lead projects in landscaping, general cleanups, or maintenance.

Requirements:
MUST have a valid driver’s license
MUST have experience in landscaping
MUST speak both English and Spanish
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a small crew on residential landscaping and cleanup projects
Be able to lift 40lbs regularly and up to 80lbs occasionally
Use hand tools such as shovels, picks, hedge shears, and loppers safely and efficiently
Operate gas-powered tools like weed whackers, hedge trimmers, edgers, mowers, rototillers, and sod cutters
Follow project plans, manage time efficiently, and ensure work meets company standards
Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a professional appearance
Must wear company uniform and represent J&C Lawn Care positively
Be punctual and dependable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
