The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. No prior experience in mold remediation is required! We provide comprehensive training and certification opportunities for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mold remediation tasks following established protocols and processes.
Deliver professional, respectful, and discreet customer service.
Travel to various job sites, including tight spaces and environmental conditions.
Comply with all local, state, and federal safety laws, policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Proven track record of reliability and consistent work performance.
Competence in following written instructions.
Adherence to safety guidelines and proper use of tools, technology, and protective gear.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Clean criminal background.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Starting at $18 per hour with competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
Flexible scheduling, up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Some early morning shifts, occasional weekends, and out-of-area projects.
This role involves working in diverse environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and active living/office spaces. Protective equipment and comprehensive training on technology and PPE (personal protection equipment) will be provided.
