Appliance Guys Inc is looking for a high energy, self-motivated, confident employee to add to our team. We are a high paced and busy office that has a high call volume as well as many other moving parts to the business.
We manage 7 technicians all over the greater Portland area, and that requires a quick thinking, organized, and a positive go get ‘em personality.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Listen and respond to voicemails
- Schedule calls for appliance repair technicians
- Research and find parts for technicians
- Light office cleaning and organization.
Skills & Competencies:
- Sending/Receiving E-mail
- Downloading/Uploading PDF’s
- Ability to learn a new computer program quickly and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
- Team player
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
- High efficiency multitasking
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps
- Works well under pressure and a fast-paced environment
