Job Duties
Install, service, and repair HVAC equipment (heat pumps, furnaces, AC, mini-splits)
Ductwork design
Ductwork installation
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Communicate with customers professionally
Work independently when needed

Requirements
2+ years HVAC field experience (must be able to work without supervision)
Valid driver’s license
EPA license
Ability to read basic plans/blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and clean work habits
AO6 or electrical license — a plus, but not required
NATE — bonus
