Bioquell, an Ecolab company, is a world leader in providing high-tech bio-decontamination equipment and services within healthcare, life sciences and military environments. Our unique low temperature, residue-free hydrogen peroxide vaporization (HPV) technology has been proven to provide rapid, repeatable, safe and reliable eradication of microbiological pathogens from rooms and other interior spaces. As a Service Technician, you will be expected to provide technical support for customer related issues as you uphold standards and initiate continued improvement in the service provided to our clients.What's in it For You:

Calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and service all Bioquell equipment
Provide technical support for customer related failures, breakdowns and problems
Ensure all service-related records, including customer calls and emails are documented in Sales Force
Perform service, warranty work, training and validation as needed for customers
Support the Service Manager as designated
Communicate with clients to ensure ongoing awareness of technicians' activities and equipment status while on site and at least one week prior to arrival
Support the sales teams with customer quotes and technical questionsPosition Details:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, including occasional weekend work
Weekly overnight travelMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of work or military experience
Ability to travel 90% of the time
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Vaccination: Minimum annual flu shotPhysical Demands:
Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 50 pounds and drug screen
Personal protection: Personal protection equipment (PPE) may be worn on customer sitesPreferred Qualifications:
