This is for a full time (35-40 hrs/wk) position. Candidates should have the ability to occasionally work unsupervised after receiving instruction regarding scope of work and progress timelines, and can work cooperatively alongside other carpenters and sub-trades.

please note - we are not hiring for subcontractor or w9 work

Work is performed both on site and off site at a shop space. The majority of our clients are in lower Montgomery county, but travel to surrounding counties (Delaware, eastern Chester, and lower Bucks) will be required. Shop space utilizes various stationary machines as well as spray finish equipment. We will train on shop based machines if needed. Cabinetry/built-in fabrication and finishing experience is preferred, but not required.

Primary project focus is geared toward interior general contracting, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom cabinetry fabrication, and interior trim/millwork, with occasional exterior projects such as decks, doors, and windows. GC work scope typically includes framing and rough carpentry, occasional drywall & flooring installation, and limited demo work. Custom and one-off projects (tabletop and door fabrication, stair/railing work, etc.) are a frequent part of our work rotation as well. Attention to detail is extremely important - we are not a framing/production based firm.

Personal hand tools, a tool belt/apron, and drill/driver kit are required. Personal transportation and a valid PA driver's license with no active substance abuse problems are also necessary. We do provide company apparel, however a clean personal appearance and attire is required.

-ability to occasionally interact with clients

-table saw, miter saw, and basic hand power tool skills
