Lucky Dog Tavern - High Volume, Small Venue
We're looking for a dedicated and talented Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for creating delicious dishes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare salads, dressings, cold appetizers, desserts, and raw bar.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and readily available.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
2 years previous experience as a pantry cook in a high-volume kitchen.
Experience in shucking shellfish.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
