We are a growing construction company seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead residential and light commercial projects. We are also hiring roles for general Carpenters. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, ideally knows how to manage a team, and can keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + bonuses

Experience required: Ideally 5+ years but will consider relevant experience; ideally 2+ years leading crews but will consider relevant experience
Immediate Opening
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead a crew of carpenters and laborers
-Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
-Delegate tasks and maintain daily productivity
-Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
-Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, trim, siding, repairs, punch-out, etc.)
-Maintain job-site safety and enforce company standards
-Communicate daily with project managers and clients
-Organize materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Requirements:
-Ideally 5+ years carpentry experience, but relevant experience will be considered
-Ideally 2+ years in a foreman or lead carpenter role, but relevant experience will be considered
-Strong knowledge of framing, trim, finish work, and general carpentry
-Must have basic carpentry tools
-Ability to commute to the jobsite daily
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work outdoors as needed
-Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
