Description My client is a PE backed rapid growth company looking for a Director of Finance and Growth due to promotion. The company has a long track history of success and expansion and is continuing to grow both organically and through M& A. This position will report to the COO and work hand in hand with both the CFO and the PE firm on special projects. You will be responsible for managing a small team, handling traditional corporate FP& A, operational analytics, strategic planning, and Sales analysis. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience within a growth company including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. You must be able to take direction, have strong communication skills both oral and written and be able to research and independently think. There is a clear path for growth. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
MBA preferred
7+ years of financial analysis experience with 3+ of supervisory experience
Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel and modeling skills
Intermediate to advanced analytical systems experience including Power BI, SQL and/or TM1
Executive level communication and presentation skills
