Job Description:Job SummaryThe primary role is to assist in the implementation of the Mission Solutions Quality program, including the Standards & Procedures and Management/Self-Assessment processes. Position may require occasional business travel. Both remote and home office candidates will be considered.Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage the Management/Self-Assessment program. Perform independent Management Self-Assessments and communicate findings and recommendations to management. Prepare training materials and train personnel as necessary on quality program. Develop standard surveillance and inspection checklists based upon Fluor/contract requirements. Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules and audit reports, tracking non-conformances, and verifying effective corrective action. Assist in development of project-specific Quality Control Plans and Site Quality Manual. Facilitate implementation of the Mission Solutions Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP). Support proposal activities as required. Support identification, documentation, and implementation of lessons learned. Perform assigned administrative, technical, or other job functions as required for the proper control of quality programs. Maintain and utilize the quality databases (Quickbase/SharePoint). Facilitation of the Mission Solutions Standards & Procedures program. Development and revision of practices, guidelines, and templates utilized in the S&P process.
