We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support our business objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processesDesign and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growthOversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely mannerManage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairnessDevelop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilitiesCollaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagementEnsure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulationsImplement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processesDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organizationAnalyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-makingManage the HR budget and resources effectivelyPositions are open for Malaysian & Permanent Resident only
