Graphic Designer

POSITION OVERVIEWhis position is responsible for the creation of a wide variety of visual assets primarily in print media.  Projects include brochures and collateral, graphics including signage, digital renderings and sales presentations. Coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure that visual design successfully delivers on desired message and business objective.​​ RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop high-quality and sophisticated creative concepts that reflect strategy and are compliant with Stream’s brand standards.  Responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of projects on time and within given budgets. Supervise, train, and coach junior designers to ensure work meets the highest creative standards.Create high-quality collateral pieces that can range from single pages up to 140 pages.  Collaborate with other creative team members to ensure all work is consistently meeting brand standards.  Work autonomously on strategic issues and be capable of managing a variety of projects ranging from small pieces to complex campaigns.  Successfully manage a large workload while bringing fresh direction and insight to a large variety of projects.  Supervise, train, and coach junior designers to ensure work meets the highest creative standards.  Ensure and oversee creative execution of the highest quality, ensuring that all projects are released error-free and meet the highest possible standards.  Be a Brand Steward helping the creative department adhere to and continually help develop Stream’s brand positioning as needed. Have a solid knowledge of principles of design, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and current design trends. Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Collect feedback and best-case examples from the team and collaborate with the Design Director to drive the potential creative futures of the creative team and Stream
