About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a busy attorney in both her personal and professional life. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on organization, enjoys managing details, and has a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

This role goes far beyond calendar management — it’s about being a true “second brain”: helping keep priorities clear, managing day-to-day logistics, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize a busy calendar, including professional meetings, personal appointments, and travel plans

Act as a gatekeeper — prioritize requests, manage communication, and ensure follow-up on critical tasks

Handle a variety of personal tasks such as scheduling household appointments, ordering items, or coordinating services

Send reminders and maintain systems to help the principal stay focused and on track throughout the day

Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) with professionalism and confidentiality

Create and maintain to-do lists, timelines, and checklists for personal and business projects

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other professionals as needed

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Maintain confidentiality at all times and demonstrate sound judgment

Ideal Candidate

At least 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting a busy professional or entrepreneur

Highly organized with strong systems and follow-through

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfortable balancing both personal and professional tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy — comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task management apps, and calendars

Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing needs

Kind, trustworthy, and discreet — someone who brings stability and structure

Have experience supporting someone in a fast-paced, dynamic environments

Enjoy streamlining systems and creating organization out of chaos

Have experience managing legal professionals, executives, or business owners

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Starting at $20/hr
