Personal Assistant – Entry-Level / Growth Opportunity
I’m looking for a motivated Personal Assistant who’s early in their career, has some basic experience, and wants to learn how real businesses operate from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, adaptable, and open to doing a little bit of everything.
This is a good fit for someone who’s hungry to learn, not tied down with a rigid schedule, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making and receiving phone calls on my behalf
Helping with vehicle paperwork and coordination with county or tax assessor offices
Finding equipment, tools, and rentals through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, rental yards, and local vendors
Researching heavy equipment (dozers, skid steers, compact loaders, attachments, etc.)
Calling salvage yards and parts suppliers to track down availability and pricing
Assisting with interviews and onboarding for security and field staff
Keeping the office organized, clean, and running smoothly
Helping with basic tech needs (Bluetooth setup, phones, printers, device connections)
Going out to job sites when needed — not afraid to get hands dirty or help where needed
Tracking tasks, notes, and follow-ups to completion
Who This Is For:
Someone with some work experience, but still early in their career
Open to learning new skills and taking direction
Flexible and available for evenings, weekends, and changing schedules
Comfortable switching between office work and field work
Reliable, low-drama, and shows up on time
Not afraid of physical or hands-on tasks when needed
Schedule & Pay:
30–40 hours per week
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Pay based on experience and capability
This role offers real exposure to business operations, equipment sourcing, and day-to-day decision-making. If you’re looking to learn, grow, and stay busy, this could be a strong opportunity.
Please send your name, a photo, and a brief description of experience.
