Description We are offering an exciting role in the heart of Houston, Texas, for a Desktop Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT support to a substantial user base, working closely with a Managed Services provider to ensure seamless operations. This role is pivotal in the administration and management of various Microsoft systems, including Windows 10 and 11, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365, among others. This opportunity offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive IT support to a user base of employees. Collaborate effectively with a Managed Services provider to ensure seamless operations in the IT environment. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting and support. Manage and administer Azure Active Directory to ensure user accounts, permissions, and security protocols align with company policies. Perform Microsoft administrative functions, such as system updates, user management, and security configurations. Oversee Office 365 administration to ensure efficient utilization of tools and services. Administer Intune for device management and security. Handle IT support tickets using Connectwise, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Work collaboratively with the existing IT support team members. Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 Familiarity with Intune and Microsoft SCCM Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent documentation skills Strong customer service attitude.
