Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Analyst in the Human Resources industry, located in Houston, Texas. As the Talent Acquisition Analyst, your role will focus on the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.Responsibilities: Develop strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract, source, and screen high-quality diverse candidates across all functions. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer extension. Ensure a positive stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring teams. Consult with hiring managers, interview teams, and HR Business Partners to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Maintain effective communications with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process for several separate requisition processes simultaneously. Function as a point of contact for the business, HR, third-party recruiters, and other partners. Utilize your strong experience and knowledge with respect to sourcing resumes and candidates. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills by interfacing with all levels within the organizational hierarchy from staff professionals to executives, as well as all disciplines. Display strong stakeholder management and customer service skills. Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. Manage multiple requisitions reporting and other competing priorities while meeting critical and routine deadlines. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Administration Proven skills in Customer Service and Effective Communication, both written and interpersonal Ability to conduct detailed Research and Reporting for talent sourcing and market trends Proficiency in HR-related computer software and internet-based research Experience with Hiring Processes, from initial sourcing to Onboarding Strong Marketing skills for promoting the company brand to potential candidates Ability to manage and lead special projects as required Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with various stakeholders and partners Experience in Staffing and Interviewing techniques Ability to ensure Quality in all aspects of talent acquisition Proficiency in Consulting and advising hiring managers on candidate selection Strong ability to manage time effectively ("About Time") Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with candidates and team members Proven track record in talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
