Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Lead on-site operations for commercial painting projects, ensuring professional execution and customer satisfaction.
Multi-Site Management: Visit 3–4 job sites daily to conduct quality control walkthroughs, assess progress, and address issues promptly.
CompanyCam Documentation: Ensure job site photos are consistently uploaded and organized in CompanyCam for real-time project tracking.
Subcontractor Coordination: Attend subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment with the full construction team.
Change Orders: Identify changes in scope and submit detailed change orders to customers for approval.
Daily Reports: Track and submit daily manpower reports for each site, including headcounts and work completed.
Completion Forms: Collect job completion sign-off forms from clients to confirm satisfaction and close out each project.
Product Submittals: Submit paint product information and approval documents at the start of each job.
Scheduling & Crew Coordination: Direct foremen daily, confirm crew schedules, and ensure clear communication of job goals.
Reporting & Documentation: Approve weekly timesheets and subcontractor invoices; complete onboarding paperwork for new hires and end-of-job documentation.
Material & Equipment Logistics: Order materials as needed, monitor inventory, and manage warehouse organization.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor safety practices, review daily safety checklists, and ensure compliance with all job site regulations.
Client & Vendor Communication: Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers and coordinate with key vendors (e.g., Sherwin-Williams, PPG).
Final Walkthroughs: Conduct punch lists and final walkthroughs on project completion day to ensure all work meets standards.
Flexibility & Travel: Be available for flexible hours as needed—including early mornings, evenings, or weekends—and open to occasional overnight travel (approximately one night every few weeks) to visit out-of-town job sites.
✅ Qualifications
Must have experience in this role or a similar supervisory position
Proven ability to manage commercial construction and painting projects
Commercial painting background strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High school diploma required; trade school or construction management certifications a plus
Familiarity with digital tools like CompanyCam preferred
Must have a reliable personal vehicle (company vehicle & gas card provided)
