Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist.The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the following for an expanding company:· Maintain vendor files and set up new vendor accounts· Process invoices daily, code invoices, and ensure accuracy of AP· Perform a 3-way match and investigate any differences· Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes· Review and reconcile vendor statements· Process employee travel and business expenses· Apply customer payments to invoices and remotely deposit checks· Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accuratelyRequirements · BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar· 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred· Proficient in MS ExcelRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
