The candidate will support Field Service Operations within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Shifts will accommodate Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones. Field Based status will only be considered for ideal candidates.Responsibilities:Roles responsible for providing general internal service activities incl. facility maintenance and management, infrastructural services, administrative support activities and ensuring security and business continuity to maximise efficiency to all parts of the business. Includes jobs which are not directly specialized in one of the other Administration & Services job families or which are fully responsible for the whole functional area.IMPACT: Impacts the results of own team with own contributions.COMPLEXITY: Performs routine assignments using existing procedures OR works autonomously within established procedures and practices that require knowledge of concepts and procedures within a job discipline OR specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process.ACCOUNTABILITY/ INDEPENDENCE: Accountable for the quality of own work. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.Your role: Prepare and process repair quotationso Convert Leadso Manage Salesforce Cases via Dashboardso Verify Contract pricing entitlementso Work closely with Field Saleso Pursue quotations to encourage purchaseo Manage Revisionso Create Work Orderso Verify product availabilityo Support Collection effortso Support the Digital Sales Team as neededo Support the Field Service Coordinators as needed Service data managemento Ensure Customer contact and address information is accurateo Ensure Installed Product information is accurateo Ensure Work Orders include accurate and up to date service informationWho you are: B.S. in Business Management, Engineering, Chemistry or Biology or equivalent work and/or life experience preferred. Minimum one-year work experience in sales related field or equivalent experience preferred. Customer service experience skill set. Strong typing skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills (read, write and speak English fluently). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Prefer working knowledge of Oracle, Lotus Notes applications, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM system). Ability to prioritize, schedule effectively, and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Highly attentive to detail. Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
