Experienced HVAC/R Technician for established Commercial and Residential company in Fredericksburg Virginia Needed.
Local residential and commercial HVACR company hiring experienced and self-motivated technician to add to our growing team.
This is a permanent full-time position with benefits and a competitive salary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this job you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of HVACR equipment including air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, heat pumps, air scrubbers, ductwork, commercial ice makers, water and air-cooled systems, etc.
Technicians will prepare quotes that will educate consumers on their best options for repairs and/or replacements.
Paid Commissions and Spiffs.
You will also be provided with a service truck, truck stock, purchase parts and supplies as requested, and professionally write digital work orders to include pictures for clarification, using our digital invoicing app.
This is a 40-hour a week job plus some overtimeall for on-call service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICIAL REQUIREMENTS:
EPA Certification a must.
NATE certification preferred, but not required.
CFESA certification a plus, but not required.
A minimum of two years on-the-job HVACR or related experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at heights with ladders.
Must have Virginia drivers license and be insurable.
Good customer communication skills
Dedication to being on-time.
