Job Description:As a Skilled Drywall and Flooring Technician, you will be responsible for various repair and renovation projects. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Installing, repairing, and finishing drywall
Installing and repairing various types of flooring (hardwood, laminate, tile, etc.)
Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific spaces.
Applying finishing touches such as sanding, painting, or sealing
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to drywall and flooring.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work area
Skilled Drywall and Flooring Technician Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Drywall and Flooring Technician
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
